Here are just some of the reasons we love teaching dance to 3-4yr olds:
1. It's important! Dance is possibly one of the most impactful activites for this age.
If dance is the ultimate holistic activity for children (we may sound biased, but honestly, we've done the research...) and if 0-5 is the key time for brain development, then teaching a preschool dance class is the greatest privilege - to contribute to every aspect of a child’s development just when it is most vital.
2. It's SO much FUN and no class is the same!
Our classes are planned to flow imaginatively from one activity to the next, through either a story, season or a landscape. And whether we're being bees or starfish, or helping Cinderella to the ball, or visiting different countries around the world... there is ALWAYS something funny and new which the children say or do.
3. This is just the beginning!
When you child joins us at 3 or 4 yrs old, we know that we might get to be part of their whole childhood and teenhood.. possibly until they are 18! These fun classes could be the start of not just their dance journey but also their connection with us for many years to come - we may well become an important 'third place' for them and for your family's weekly routine, being a constant place that they know they are safe. We take this responsibility seriously and love having this privilege.
